Terms & Conditions
Liability Disclaimer: Pepper Cleaning Services hereby disclaims any liability or responsibility for any allergic reactions, slip and falls, or any other safety-related incidents that may occur during or after the cleaning service.
Binding Agreement
By scheduling, booking, confirming, or paying for any service provided by Pepper Cleaning Services (“PCS”), the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, disclaimers, and policies set forth herein. These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the client and PCS, enforceable under applicable law.
It is the responsibility of the client to review these Terms & Conditions prior to requesting or confirming any service. Continued use of PCS services shall constitute full acceptance of these terms, and any updates or modifications thereto.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

All appointment cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.

The deposit paid at the time of booking is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Failure to provide sufficient notice of cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.

The initial deposit will be held until the rescheduled date and applied to the new appointment.

No additional booking fee will be charged for rescheduling.

However, if a rescheduled appointment is canceled, a new booking fee will be charged.
Cancellation of Rescheduled Appointments: If a rescheduled appointment is canceled, the initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be charged for any future appointments.
Payment Terms:

Full payment is required immediately upon completion of the cleaning service.

Failure to make payment will result in consequences as defined by applicable laws regarding unpaid services.
Notice of Cancellation or Rescheduling: Clients must provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling by contacting us directly via phone or email. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional fees.
Exceptions: In case of emergency situations or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at our discretion.
By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Pepper Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy regularly for any changes.
Client Responsibility for Quote Accuracy
Pepper Cleaning Services prepares all quotes based solely on the information provided by the client at the time of request. It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that the information submitted is accurate and complete, including but not limited to the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and areas to be serviced.
Upon receiving the service quote and confirmation, the client is required to review all details thoroughly. If the client fails to disclose relevant information—such as additional rooms or tasks—Pepper Cleaning Services is not obligated to adjust the service scope, rate, or scheduling to accommodate the omission.
By accepting the quote and proceeding with service, the client acknowledges that any such omissions are their own responsibility, and waives any claim against Pepper Cleaning Services for additional work not included in the original submission.
Final Walkthrough and Service Approval
At the conclusion of each service, clients are provided the opportunity to conduct a walkthrough based on the detailed task list provided prior to service. It is the client’s duty to perform a full inspection at that time and to report any missed areas, incomplete tasks, or concerns before payment is issued.
Once the walkthrough is completed and the client provides verbal approval or submits payment—whichever occurs first—the service is deemed complete and accepted. Pepper Cleaning Services will not be liable for any claims of missed work or service deficiencies made after this point. No refunds, credits, or return services will be issued for issues raised post-approval.
By confirming completion and submitting payment, the client acknowledges full satisfaction with the services rendered and waives any right to dispute the quality or completeness of the work performed thereafter.
